Returns & Refund Policy

2) Eligibility for returns

Returns are accepted for unopened and unused packages only.
Products must be returned in their original condition, sealed, and within 30 days of delivery.
Opened, used, or damaged items (not due to shipping) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

3) How to request a return

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, full name, and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

4) Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

5) Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6) Damaged or incorrect items

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

7) Non-returnable items

Opened or partially used gummies.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Gift cards or promotional items.

8) Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your unopened package for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order.
