2) Shipping methods

Free Shipping: All orders within the U.S. ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class Package Service) at no additional cost.
Priority Shipping: Customers may choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery. Priority rates are calculated automatically at market prices.

3) Processing times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4) Estimated delivery times

USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days (depending on destination).
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days (depending on destination).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

5) Tracking information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this link to monitor delivery progress directly through the USPS website.

6) Shipping locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7) Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

8) Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you enter the wrong address and the order has shipped, Buzzlytes cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds for misdirected packages.
